1. Appointment Payments

Payments made online through our website are generally for booking dental appointments, consultation fees, or treatment services.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us in advance.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds for dental services will depend on the nature of the treatment and the stage at which the service was cancelled.

• If the treatment has not started, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable processing charges.
• If the treatment has already begun, refunds may not be applicable.

4. Payment Gateway Charges

Transaction or payment gateway charges charged by the payment processor (such as Razorpay) may be deducted from the refundable amount.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

• Missed appointments without prior notice
• Services that have already been completed
• Special promotional or discounted packages unless otherwise stated
